HUSH acoustic lights were developed through a New Zealand-based collaboration between David Trubridge Design and PLN Group – a pairing of a world class leader in environmentally conscious design and a firm known for their research-based approach to workplace solutions.

HUSH is a light, an intimate space, and an acoustic device. HUSH Oval is ideal for placement over an individual task desk, a group of desks, meeting table, or focus space and aids in softening sound and reducing reverberations. The lightweight, semi-rigid acoustic panels help mitigate the impact of noise in an open-plan environment, or help soften noise in office spaces with hard surfaces and poor acoustics. This allows teams to facilitate collaborative opportunities while also aiding individuals to focus, free of distractions.

The HUSH series is available in 16 colors, 4 sizes, with LED and E26 options. The material is safe, non-toxic, non-allergic, and transparent. The shade is made from sound dampening felt with a minimum of 65% post-consumer PET plastic, and is listed in the Declare database. HUSH is suitable for WELL Building Standard, LEED and/or Living Building requirements.
